Over the course of seven years, he managed a team of sales professionals, focusing on performance improvement, ongoing training, and career development. He was responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and evaluating team members, as well as creating programs to support professional growth. He also designed territory management plans to maximize resources and strengthen team collaboration. By maintaining open communication and organizing regular team meetings, he built a cohesive and productive work environment focused on achieving shared objectives.
In 2017, he became Enterprise Inside Sales Director at Dell, where he guided 48 sellers and sales leaders. He placed strong emphasis on mentorship, goal setting, and performance reviews to support professional development. Volunteer Work
Beyond his professional achievements, Tripp Plaskett is deeply involved in community service. He participated in Push America, now called Journey of Hope – The Ability Experience, a cross-country cycling event that raises awareness and celebrates the abilities of people with disabilities. As one of 50 men who took part in this event, he helped raise awareness and promote inclusion. The teams started from two routes on the West Coast and traveled more than 8,000 miles, concluding on the Capitol Lawn in Washington, D.C. Through media appearances and visits to partner organizations, they spread a message of empowerment and connection. Collectively, the participants raised over $500,000 to support individuals with disabilities, making a significant impact on the communities they visited.
He also continues to volunteer locally and participates in various community activities. As a member of Christ the King Church in Nashville, he supports events and initiatives that encourage service and outreach. His involvement reflects his commitment to giving back and helping others through meaningful engagement.
